Sie wirken nicht nur negativ auf das Betriebsklima, beeinflussen die Produktivit\u00e4t oder gef\u00e4hrden Harmonie und Zusammenhalt, sondern ziehen vor allem die pers\u00f6nliche Lebensqualit\u00e4t in Mitleidenschaft. Die Dynamik eines Konfliktes ist in allen Lebensbereichen \u00e4hnlich: Beteiligte schaffen es meist nicht mehr, erfolgreich miteinander zu kommunizieren und gemeinsam an einer L\u00f6sung zu arbeiten.
