Mein Exmann und ich l\u00f6sten einen Konflikt, der nach unserer einvernehmlichen Scheidung aufgetreten ist. Ein guter Freund und Jurist sagte zu uns damals: \u201eProbiert es zuerst mit Mediation. Die M\u00f6glichkeit, eine gute und lebbare L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr euch zu finden ist sehr gro\u00df. Vor Gericht gibt es immer einen Gewinner und Verlierer.\u201c Gesagt, getan, seither l\u00e4sst mich das Thema Mediation nicht mehr los. In meiner Personalverantwortung werde ich \u00f6fters mit Konfliktthemen im Team und Abteilungen konfrontiert. Diese in einer Mediation zu erkennen und zu l\u00f6sen f\u00fchrt zu einem besseren Betriebsklima und weniger Fluktuation im Unternehmen.
